What we collect and why

We collect the name, email address, site postcode, message and optional telephone number and access details you provide. We use them to respond to your enquiry, assess the next steps and discuss a quotation. Our basis is taking steps towards a contract at your request, or our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and managing customer relationships. This form does not add you to a marketing list.

Specialist introductions

Soil decompaction is provided by an independent specialist. We ask before passing your contact and project details to a provider. That provider is responsible for explaining how it uses your information and for agreeing its own scope with you.

Website and form services

The site is prepared for hosting by Hostinger, whose systems may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website. FormSubmit processes enquiries and sends them to our business inbox, hosted by MXroute. Their infrastructure may process information outside the UK. Embedded videos

The soil-care page includes BBC World Service and VOGT Deutschland videos hosted by YouTube. Their illustrated video covers are stored with this website. No YouTube player loads until you select “Load video”. This connects your browser to Google, which receives connection information such as your IP address and may use cookies or other storage when you interact with the player. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. You can instead follow the clearly marked links to watch on YouTube. See Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not include advertising or analytics tags. Fonts, photographs and illustrations are hosted with the website. Your animation preference may be remembered in local storage. Selecting a service may store that selection in session storage to complete the enquiry form. Clear this site’s browser data to remove these preferences.

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, follow up your project, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on whether your enquiry becomes a project and whether records are needed for accounting, warranties or a dispute.
